My name is Melissa Ameika. I left the city in March of 2020 and have been living in the forest ever since. My forest travel started in BC, Canada then took me to Oregon, Mt. Shasta (CA), Sedona, Indian Springs (The Temple of Goddess Spirituality devoted to Sehkmet), Colorado, New Mexico (for Dance of the Earth ceremony) all the way to New Hampshire, back to the west coast and now in North Carolina. I have literally "been there and back again"...several times.

My calling is to be the light and to be of service wherever spirit leads. I have had the pleasure of studying shamanic healing techniques and ceremony with various medicine men/women since 2009 and my desire is to share that knowledge and healing. I have been practicing Reiki since 2005 and am a certified Reiki Master/Teacher.

I am currently writing a book about my decades long journey of healing from medical trauma as a child.

Every week a different style of meditation will be offered. Try them all to see which ones resonate with you the most.

May 12th - Prayer Braiding - sacred practice of braiding with intention, handed down to me from Ahdi Two Owls of the Grandmother tradition

May 19th - Guided Meditation - will be chosen day of the meditation

May 26th - Drum Journey - Listen to the sound of the drum and let it take you wherever you need to go for your greatest healing good. Listening to (and playing) a drum is helpful with healing from PTSD and anxiety.
